Cryolipolisis (Fat Freezing)

Cryolipolisis also known as fat freezing offers an effective solution that doesn’t involve any surgery. What’s even more - it works! Our state of the art fat freezing machine delivers the very best non-invasive fat reduction for truly transformative results.

Fat Freezing is a one off treatment, although it could be repeated after 3 months if required. The treatment takes 1 hour to complete and is not painful. The treated area will be suctioned into a vacuum cup, temperature dropped to -7 degrees Celsius & at this point the fat cells are destroyed beyond repair. These dead fat cells then Crystallise and are rid from the body through lymph drainage. Results become visible 8-12 weeks after initial session.

The Technologies 

1. Hydro Peel - Uses a combination of 3 solutions (AHA's) to cleanse & smooth the skin. It hydrates & nourishes the skin whilst removing bacteria & dirt from the skins surface. Perfect preparation for the follwoing technologies and products to penetrate deep into the skins layers. Using a BHA inflamed skin is improved.

2. Exfoliation & Oxygenation - creates "the BOHR effect" allowing oxygen to be drawn into the skin. The active ingredients used are kojic acid & retinol which results in a hydrating & brightening effect.

3. Radio Frequency - Skin tightening technology is used to increase collagen reproduction in mature skin. (90 minute facial only)

4. Electro-Ion - Skin lifting which uses electroporation to increase the absorbency of the cell for product penetration. This in turn revitalises and wakens dull and lifeless skin. 

5. Fire & Ice - The fire represents the heating element during treatment. Using this handpiece, heat is incorporated into the beginning of the facial protocol to open the pores, increase blood supply and aid product infusion. The Ice uses cooling technologies, chilling the skin to 5 degrees celsius. This is used at the end of each facial to decrease the blood supply, giving a tightening effect and sealing in the infused products. This also helps to reduce any erythema created from throughout the treatment.

6. Hydration - using 3D Collagen enriched sheet mask, ultrasound technology is used to infuse the serum deeply into the skin for maximum penetration. 

7. Oxygenation - contains 25% oxygen & hyaluronic acid - the spray creates a venturi effect, breaking down the molecules within the product to encourage penetration and skin hydration.    

Commonly Asked Questions. 

How many facials will I need?

You will see results after just one treatment. For optimum results we recommend a course of 6-8 treatments every 2-4 weeks. These facials can also be weekly. 

Are there any side effects?  

Side effects are minimum and usually do not last long. A full list of these minor effects will be discussed at your consultation. 

Am I Suitable for treatment? 

As with all treatments, there are contra-indications. Please speak to one of our skin care professionals for a list of contra-indications. 

Is this the same treatment as HydraFacial?

The Steps within this facial are very similar however the hydro2 facial is a different platform.
