We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. If, for whatever reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours prior. All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Should you fail to let us know and do NOT attend your appointment you will be charged 100% of all treatments booked.
We make an effort to avoid long waiting periods and provide the most exquisite experience, and therefore, we ask our clients to be on time for their appointments. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible. The service may need to be adjusted to a shorter time frame.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment was due to begin, you will be required to reschedule and will be charged for the service. Two or more cases of late arrivals will result in a small fee added to your bill. If our therapists are able to accommodate some of your treatment but not all, please know that 100% off the treatment will be charged.
We only accept cash and card payments. We require a deposit for some treatments. For gift vouchers, you can purchase online, over the phone or in store.
We always strive to provide excellent service and maintain a 100% 5 star client satisfaction rate. In the rare instance of an unsatisfactory experience, we are committed to providing you with the needed correction within 7 days from the initial service and if there was a mistake on our part, a fix or redo will be provided. However, we ask our clients to notify us within 24hours after the initial service took place. Our clients satisfactory in service is our highest priority and we would hate for you to be unsatisfied.
Regarding nail services, should you damage within a 7 day period, we will be happy to repair FREE of charge, but please make us aware as soon as the damage occurs, allowing us time to schedule your repairs. Other repairs will be charged at our repairs rate.
Our salon is a place of comfort and relaxation. We politely ask our clients to refrain from phone conversations whilst in our salon and place them on silent. Thank You for your understanding
Some of our services require a deposit. This is standard procedure. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment, only if, you follow our Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to deduct or use as part payment the monies due from your deposit should the appointment be cancelled or adapted within a 24 hour period of the initial appointment.
All pre paid courses or treatments have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Once the course of treatments begins, no refunds will be given. If for any reason a particular course must be terminated due to unforeseen circumstances, the cost of all treatments already taken (at full price) will be deduced from the cost initially paid and a final balance will be available for you to use on other treatments.
With each service you will be required to fill in our mandatory consultation form. We always priorities health, safety and the comfort of our clients. Therefore we ask that you always notify your specialists of any existing medical conditions. Knowing the health history of our clients is an important factor in delivering a safe and comfortable experience, as well as a satisfying result. Sometimes even the smallest changes in the body chemistry can affect the results of our treatments & procedures. Hence, we politely ask that you inform us of allergies, physical issues, taken medications and/or pregnancy. We carry out thorough consultations and all information given to us by our clients is safely stored, meeting all legislation and is 100% confidential.
We have gift vouchers for you to purchase for a loved one. Please note these have a 6 month expiry date.
Term & Conditions of Gift Vouchers
1. All Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable non-replaceable.
2. Gift Vouchers cannot be used against retail products or the purchase of a new voucher. Treatments only.
3. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. All loyalty points will be allocated to the person using the voucher as payment. The person purchasing the voucher CANNOT receive the loyalty points.
5. Where a Gift Voucher Holder wishes to use the Gift Voucher towards treatments which are lower than the face value of the voucher, no change can be given but the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Voucher and can be used as full or part payment towards a future visit.
6. Flawless Advanced Skin & Beauty Clinic may vary these terms & conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the Gift Voucher scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Expired gift vouchers cannot be used without exception & we advise clients to book at least
1 month before the end of expiry to make sure we have availability before the expiry of the voucher.
8. If our prices change after gift vouchers have been sold & a client presents a voucher for a treatment, the difference must be paid by the person redeeming the voucher.
9. Any appointments booked with gift voucher as payment - no show or cancellations less than 24 hours notice will become invalid. Please see our cancellation policy.
10. If a gift voucher is for a specific treatment, in the event that we cannot carry out the specified service or treatment beyond our control, the full value of the voucher will be redeemable against other treatments. Refunds will not be given.
As we are concerned with your and your children’s safety we strictly prohibit children within our salon. Our salon is a place of escape and we want you to relax and enjoy.
Our salon prohibits consumption of meals due to safety reasons. You can bring a small bottle of water with you if you wish but please keep it on the floor or in your own bag to avoid cross-contamination.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our salon strictly prohibits pets, except for assistance animals such as guide dogs. Thank you for understanding
The safety and comfort of our clients is our highest priority and we don’t support inappropriate behaviour. Cases of verbal or physical aggression, harassment or assault will result in service refusal & in some cases the police will be notified.
Please remember our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effect of the service.
We also have the right to refuse service if
· the client is suspected to be under the age of 18
· has health issues that may affect or be affected by the service
· has purposely hidden information of crucial meaning to the service
· did not show up for their last appointment.
