At Flawless, we thrive in our treatments but our commitment to providing the highest standard possible in Health, Safety & Hygiene is paramount. We only use medical grade disinfectants to clean our surfaces and each client receives new tools for treatments such as manicure and pedicures each and every time. Our therapists hold adequate certificates in Health & Hygiene practices that is consistent with industry standards. We are on top of our cleaning each day of operation.

After all services - The treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned with these disinfectants that kill many well known viruses and prevent cross-contamination.  

For our Pedicure Services -  we only believe in one use disposable pedi liners within our bowls which means each client will receive their own fresh pedicure liner, when used once it is then disposed. 

For our Waxing Services - we use high quality premium wax brand WAX:ONE. It comes in two forms - strip wax for larger areas like legs, back, & chest - and hot wax for more delicate intimate areas. You can guarantee it will be your most comfortable wax yet! All waxing products are one use and disposed of at the end of your service. There is absolutely no double dipping in our salon. Your wax therapist will follow all hygiene and will wear gloves throughout your service where needed. We provide wipes to freshen up prior to waxing of intimate areas and soothing oils will be applied once the waxing is complete. Our treatment plinths are lined with fresh bedroll for each and every service.

A good waxing result will depend on what you do before and after your waxing. We have pre & post waxing advice slips available that you will receive on booking or after your first wax. Please keep this and refer to it for all waxing at Flawless. 

For our treatments that require a patch test - Some of our services require a 24-48 hour patch test prior to treatment. This is for your safety. Although you may have had the service carried out previously at another salon - this does not mean you can forgo our patch test. 

For our Advanced Facial Procedures - All Advanced Procedures are carried out in a treatment room specifically set-up and ready to be used for such services. All of our applications that contact the skin are one use and disposable. For procedures that involve the use of needles, these are disposed of in the adequate sharps bucket and collected regularly for disposal.

We will always be on top of our hygiene using medical grade products for ALL of our cleaning and will always use disposable items where possible, you can guarantee we practice the highest standard possible.

You will be required to fill in a Consultation Form prior to all treatments and procedures. All information provided by you to the Flawless Team is highly confidential and the consultation form is carried out on an Ipad, signed and held within a secure system that is compliant with the latest General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Consultation Form and process gives your beauty professional an insight into your medical history, allergies, and important information that may affect the service being carried out. Some of the information may prevent the treatment or procedure going ahead. It may only mean that we need written permission from your doctor. Some information may only mean you require extra special care to be taken throughout your service. It's especially important that you fill in the form with the correct information. Any false information given or medical information that you withhold is at your own risk and we can not be held responsible for the outcome following a treatment or procedure.
